The Centre for Systemic Change was formed in 2012. Our purpose is to help organisations change themselves. The best outcome we can ever achieve for an organisation is that our services are no longer required. Everyone at CSC adopts a systemic perspective to help organizations achieve real change, and to develop the organisational capability to own and manage that change by themselves. Our partners and associates draw on a variety of skills and experiences to tailor interventions to meet your specific needs. We have change consultants, facilitators, coaches, team and group coaches and all variety of other relevant skills. We have people from a range of different industries, all of whom have experience of leading change themselves.

Denis Healy
Having led large Regional teams in Global IT organisations and created his own Asia Pacific wide coaching practice, Denis thrives on working with individuals, teams and organisations to achieve sustainable performance improvement, particularly focussing on systemic change. He has a particular strength working with executives ‘in crisis’.

Helen Williams
Helen combines her diverse and practical firsthand business experience with 15+ years as an executive leadership coach and team/group facilitator working closely with organisations to develop high performing leaders. Working collaboratively with the client, Helen takes a whole-of-business tailored approach to co-create a program of work.

Edna McKelvey
Edna is an experienced individual and team coach as well as an accredited supervisor of individuals and groups. Her interest is in helping people to help themselves by improving relationship with others, and with the systems they operate within. She has particular interest in communication, thinking together, managing change and transition, and system dynamics.

Jo Fisher
Jo works with individuals and organisations in building systemic people solutions. Jo has interests in diversity, leadership development and cross cultural coaching. Jo loves working across organisations to influence change across the system. Jo is an experienced coach and coaching supervisor and works across all levels of employees, executives and groups.

Genevieve Vignes
Genevieve’s focus is working with leaders and their teams to make the most of the diversity in the team to maximize collective effort. She draws on her hands-on experience in financial services and her coaching work across public and private sectors to co design approaches that will lead to tangible outcomes. She brings together action and dialogic methods to accelerate learning.

Kieran White
Kieran’s primary interest lies in how organisations can unlock the untapped resources within individuals, teams and groups, enabling organisational systems to change more purposefully over time. Kieran draws on 15 years of experience in team and group dynamics. Prior to that Kieran held senior leadership roles in Europe and Asia Pacific.
